On August 30th (2020) I ❤ ROCKWOOD distributed 500 + loaded backpacks to school-age youth in the Rockwood Community! Contents of each included items intended to support hybrid and distance learning models, provide fun at-home activities, and foster artistic expression.
The backpacks were gone in less than an hour! We will remember that when planning for the next event!
The video (above) is a "THANK YOU" to the volunteers (young, old, and in-between) who helped serve Rockwood children!
As with all I ❤ ROCKWOOD events, the 2020 Backpack Giveaway is only made possible by the generosity of Community Sponsors (Below) who step up for our children!
